Delivery
Standard UK Delivery Service (Next Day)
- Free delivery on web orders requires a minimum order value of £150 ex VAT (note this is a web only offer - all other channels require a minimum order value of £200 ex VAT).
- A delivery charge of £6.95 (£7.99 inc VAT) will be charged for orders with a value of less than £150 ex VAT.
- Delivery is usually made the next day if you order before 12pm.
- Next day delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas.
- Next day delivery excludes weekends - please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery.
- Orders placed after 12pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday for delivery Tuesday.
- Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle Of Man and Isle Of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery table below.

Direct Delivery Items
Some items such as heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery have an extended delivery time as they are delivery directly from our supplier.
Although most items will be delivered to you within 5-7working days we cannot guarantee delivery times for these products.

Added Value Delivery Service
Many items from Polar refrigeration will now be delivered using our 'Added Value Delivery Service'
- We will contact you to confirm a delivery day
- Delivery is free and usually made within 2-3 working days of your order being processed
- Delivery is made to ground floor locations and includes positioning
- We will not take old units, packaging or connect to services
- This service applies to mainland UK only and does not apply to some outlying and remote areas where we can only offer off-loading to your door.
Heavy Equipment
- Heavy equipment has a delivery charge of £25 minimum per order, please phone us for details before placing your order.
- Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers responsibility.
- Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.
